EMARC Receives Donation From Barile Family Funeral Homes
READING, Mass – February 2, 2012 – EMARC was recently selected to receive a generous donation from Barile Family Funeral Homes. The donation will support EMARC’s wide-array of programming, which includes services for Residential Support, Day Habilitation, Vocational Training and Family Support services through their Family Resource Center. The donation was presented by Ralph A. Barile, Founder and Owner of Barile Family Funeral Homes, and Kevin Barile, Funeral Director of Barile Family Funeral Homes, to Amy O’Brien, Director of Development and Marketing for EMARC, and Alfred Resteghini, EMARC’s CEA artist.
Barile Family Funeral Homes selected EMARC to be the recipient of their Memorial Christmas Tree Donation Program. Throughout the holiday season, the funeral home encourages people to write the name of their loved one on a decoration and place it on the Christmas tree. The tree is displayed in both funeral homes in Reading and Stoneham. Additionally, Barile Family Funeral Homes selects a local organization to make the donation in their memory.
The Barile Family Funeral Home of Stoneham was founded in December of 1993 by owner, Ralph A. Barile. The Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home of Reading was founded in March of 2003.
